Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any tickets.
Ticket Purchase Policy
- All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.
- Tickets resold or shared for commercial gain will be rendered invalid.
- Tickets must be kept securely.
Event Attendance Policy
- Entry may be denied without a refund if these requirements are not met.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. If your QR code has been used prior to your arrival, you will not be admitted.
- PUE reserves the right to conduct security checks and deny entry at its discretion.
- Unauthorized photography or videography may result in confiscation of equipment or ejection from the venue.
Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Refunds are not applicable in case of bad weather, natural disasters, or inability to attend.
- Refunds will not be issued for lost tickets, duplicate usage, or user errors in email or registration details.
General Notes
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for documentation purposes.
