How It Works
Getting a ticket for a PUE event takes three steps. Here is what happens at each one, and how long you have.
The three steps
-
Pick your tickets
Choose an event, pick the ticket type you want, and select your seats if the event has a seating plan.
- Ticket types are listed with their price and what they include. Some events have one type; some have several.
- If the event has a seating plan, you choose your exact seats on it. Seats already taken are marked and cannot be selected.
- If it does not, you choose a quantity instead — entry is general admission and seating is first come, first served.
- Your basket is per event. Starting on a different event begins a separate purchase.
-
Sign in and pay
Sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, then pay by card. Your tickets are confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
- No password to remember. Enter your email, and we send a code that is valid for 10 minutes.
- Your seats are held for 3 minutes while you pay. The page shows a countdown and the exact time the hold ends.
- Payment happens on the card provider's own secure page. Your card details are never entered on this site and we never see them.
- If the hold runs out before you pay, the seats go back on sale and you pick again — nothing is charged.
-
Show your QR at the gate
Your tickets arrive by email as a PDF, and are always in My Tickets. Show the QR code at the entrance — on your phone or printed.
- One email per order, with one page per ticket. Each page has its own QR code.
- Signed in, you can open or re-download them any time from My Tickets — the email is a convenience, not the only copy.
- Each QR code is scanned once. Hand the right page to the right person before you get to the gate.
- Screen or paper both work. The gate needs to read the code, not the paper.
Good to know
- Your seats are held, not reserved, until you pay
- Choosing seats holds them for 3 minutes so nobody else can take them while you check out. Until the payment clears they are still on sale to nobody — including you. When the hold ends they are released automatically and someone else can buy them.
- You can close the tab mid-purchase
- An unpaid order stays yours until its payment window closes, and a reminder bar across the top of the site shows what is owed, for which event, and by when. "Pay now" picks the purchase back up where you left it. Once the window closes the bar says so instead, for the next 60 minutes, so you come back to an explanation rather than to silence.
- Your sign-in code expired
- Ask for another one — there is no limit, and nothing about your basket is lost while you sort it out. Each code lasts 10 minutes from the moment it is sent, so if you asked more than once, any code still inside its window will work. Each one can only be used once.
- The email never arrived
- Check the spam folder first; automated mail to a school or work address is often filtered there. Your tickets do not depend on it either way — sign in and open My Tickets, where every ticket you have ever bought is listed with its PDF.
- Someone else is using one of your tickets
- Send them their own page from the PDF rather than the whole file, so two people do not arrive holding the same QR code. A code that has already been scanned will not admit a second person.
- Changing or cancelling a purchase
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred once bought, so check the event, date and seats on the summary before you pay. The Terms & Conditions are the document that governs this.
Everything above describes how the site behaves. What you are actually agreeing to when you buy — refunds, entry, resale, how your details are used — is set out in the two policy pages.
Still stuck?
Email us and include your order reference, which is on the confirmation page and in every email about the order. That is the fastest way for us to find your purchase.
